It is Advent and our hearts are longing…
•longing for peace in places of strife and hurt,Our HOPE as we wait in expectation is found in God's promise to come and live with us.
•longing for restoration of brokenness in relationships, of brokenness in spirit,
•longing for of healing in a world full of pain, sickness, destruction,
•longing for everything to be made new again.
Our PEACE is found in the coming of Christ-child who brings wholeness.
Our LOVE is fulfilled in God's love for his world.
Our JOY is made complete at Christmas – Jesus is born… God is with us!
Hallelujah! What a gift- the greatest gift indeed is our Saviour!
My prayer is that God will fill us with hope, peace, love and joy this Christmas season as we wait in expectation and accept the greatest gift of all, our Saviour!
