The students of WCS have been very hard at work over the past six weeks preparing for the 2017 Rotary Festival which took place this past week. Our groups all did very well and received many complementary comments from the adjudicators. The Grade 1 choir was first place in their division and the Grade 2/3 choir was second. The Jr Choir also received a second place award against other schools in their division. The Sr Choir sang to a first place, highest mark award of 87 in the overall division. Our concert band also competed and was awarded a gold standard mark of 82 for their hard work. 

The students all represented their families, our school and our Lord beautifully through their attitudes, their diligence and their exceptionally good behaviour. I am very proud of them all! Well done WCS!!!
